Pushing the boundaries in white wine making in Beaujolais, Nicolas Chemarin allows his Chardonnay grapes to macerate on the skin for 7 days, a practice not normally followed in white wine making in the area. Grapes from his oldest vines in Marchampt which are farmed organically and meticulously, the resulting wines are deep yellow/orange in colour, with aromatics of mirabelle plum and apricot stone. The taste is vibrant, mineral with a captivating length of flavour that is a refreshing adventure for skin contact lovers.Country: France
